1. Service Engineer
Job Description
• To provide after sales service and applications support• To assist in product demonstrations, workshops and seminars
• To carry out installation, commissions and user training for equipment sold
• For experienced candidate, supervisory or managerial positions may be offered
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Science/Physics/Biomedical Engineering.• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills. Experience in the service field is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge/handling skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Skill in the Mandarin language is an advantage
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Possess a valid Class D Licence with own car
• Formal and on-the-job training will be provided

2. Assistant Manager for Service cum Applications
Job Description
• Supervising and managing a team of service and applications support staff• Providing hands on expertise in the field when required by the junior staff
• Perform service jobs on equipment when required
• To set and achieve targets for the Service Department
Requirements
• Degree preferably in the Bioinstrumentation / Biotechnology / Physics or in related subjects• At least 2 years experience in a supervisory / management capacity
• Possess experience in the service, technical and applications support of scientific equipment and handling imaging software. High computer literacy and knowledge required
• Good problem solving skills. Formal and on-the-job training will be provided
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Skill in the Mandarin language is an advantage
• Posses a vehicle and a valid D Class driving license
Notes:
• Candidate with no management experience can be considered for Senior Service cum Applications Executive position• Candidate who does not possess a vehicle will not be considered

• Performing equipment demonstrations, conducting presentations and seminars to drive sales enquiries

• People oriented, team player, leadership and problem solving skills
